Sept 15 - Aerial Views - Hillhurst-Sunnyside

2024 - Sept 15

These aerial photos were captured with my drone on the evening of September 15, 2024, from over the neighborhoods of Hillhurst and Sunnyside in the shallow NW of Calgary, Alberta. Even though the SE sky was filled with kind of dull, colourless, clouds at the time, I felt that the backlighting provided by the 93.9% Moon was able to give them some nice shape and interest. This in combination with it being twilight and the city lights just coming on made for some shots I was happy to come away with :)
